Program FAQ’s

Does our group have to be a certain size for you to work with us?

We work with organized groups of all sizes! Sports teams, classes, bands, 4H clubs, as well as PTO/PTA groups in elementary, middle, and high schools.

How much profit will we earn?

Orders placed for in-person delivery earn 35-50% profit. All direct to home shipments placed online earn 35-40%.

When will our group receive our profit check?

Once you close your fundraiser, your check will be mailed within 2-3 weeks.

How quickly will we receive our flyers?

Please allow at least 2-3 business days for your “sign up” to be processed. The flyers will ship from Nashville, TN. If you sign up months before your start date, your brochures will be shipped within 2-3 weeks prior to your start date.

How do I request additional flyers?

Additional flyers can be printed directly from you leader dashboard.

What is the minimum order?

There is no minimum order for orders placed for “in-person” delivery. There is a $20 minimum order for each online order shipping direct to home.

Do you offer prizes?

Yes, we offer a Bonus “Cash” Prize Program. Please refer to the Quick Guide for details.

Do we pay for shipping?

Shipping is free on your group’s in-person bulk order (orders that will be delivered in person by sellers). All orders placed online by customers that ship directly to home will incur a flat shipping cost of $8.95. Online orders over $65 ship free!

Do you pack and sort products for the individual seller?

No. We pack by products in bulk and give you detailed instructions for distributing orders. Thank You paper bags are provided.

How quickly will we receive our product?

Once we receive payment for the amount due on your bulk order, it will ship within 3-5 days from Nashville, TN.   Please allow 5-7 days during the peak months of Sept-December.

How fast do direct to home orders ship to customers?

All orders placed online will ship within 2-3 working days. 

Can I place an order after my fundraiser has been closed?

Once the leader has closed the account, no more orders can be placed by the leader or online.
